Does QrX hold or process the money?+

Your PSP processes the payment and handles settlement. QrX coordinates the payment and delivery events and never holds customer funds.

How does QrX pricing work?+

QrX charges a fixed fee per successful transaction, rather than a percentage of the order value. Talk to the team about pricing for your volume and use case.

Which providers and countries are available?+

The network is expanding. Confirm the supported combination of payment provider, carrier, locker network and destination for your business with QrX. The platform vision is wider than today’s integration coverage.

Do customers or drivers need a terminal?+

The customer pays on their own phone using the QR-based flow. The doorstep payment experience does not require a separate payment terminal.

What happens if the customer does not pay?+

In the Payment on Delivery flow, handover depends on confirmed payment. The parcel is not released through that flow until the payment is confirmed.
